PRIZES 108.200 EURO CALCULED FOR 1500 PAID PIGEONS.

MAINTENANCE 

– 6 pigeons = 250 EURO

ACTIVATION FEE – 70 EURO AT THE START OF THE HOT SPOT STAGE 1 – 140KM, REPRESENTING 50 EURO FOR THE FINAL PRIZE AND 20 EURO FOR THE DERBY PRIZE.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 2025
Pigeon reception period: 01 March-31 May 2025
Pigeons must be vaccinated against paramyxovirus at least 10 days before arrival in the loft.
The pigeons must wear homologated rings from the year 2025 regardless of the federation they belong to.

THE PAYMENT OF THE MAINTENANCE FEE OF 250 EURO WILL BE PAID ONCE THE PIGEONS ENTER THE COLUMBODROME, THE PIGEONS THAT WILL ENTER THE COLUMBODROME WILL ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE OWNERSHIP COLLECTION.

Upon entering the pigeon loft within 3-4 days at most, the pigeons will be chipped and can be seen online on BENZING, and in this case please check the names and series of the pigeons very carefully.

THE NUMBER OF PIGEONS REGISTERED BY A PARTICIPANT OR TANDEM IS UNLIMITED.
THE PIGEONS THAT WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED BEFORE THE START OF THE FIRST HOT SPOT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ACTIVATION BY OTHER THIRD PARTIES, THE LIST OF WHICH WILL BE POSTED ON THE COLUMBODROME WEBSITE, AND AFTER PAYMENT, THEY WILL BENEFIT FROM THE PRIZE AND A PERCENTAGE FROM THE SALE OF THE PIGEONS.
PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTERED AND PAID HALF OR THE WHOLE TEAM, THE PAYMENT IS NOT CLAIMED. HE IS OBLIGATED TO SEND THE NUMBER OF REGISTERED PIGEONS AS LONG AS HE OCCUPIED THAT PLACE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNSERIOUSNESS OF THOSE WHO DO NOT REGISTER IN THE COMPETITION.
THE PEDIGREE OF THE PIGEONS WILL BE SENT ON THE FINAL DAY AFTER THE RELEASE, UNTIL 2:00 PM, THOSE WHO DO NOT SEND THE PEDIGREE, WILL NOT BENEFIT FROM THE PRIZE AND THE PERCENTAGE FROM THE AUCTION.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PEDIGREE SENDING AFTER THE DAY OF THE FINAL.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT COPIES OF THE PIGEON’S PARENTS WITHOUT THE COMPLETE PEDIGREE.
IF WE EXCEED THE NUMBER OF 1500 PAID PIGEONS, OR DO NOT REACH THE THRESHOLD, THE PRIZES WILL BE RECALCULATED.

The first 40 finalist pigeons and the first 10 A.S. they will be stopped in the olr for the auction.
The pigeons that are stopped for the auction, the 40 FINALISTS and 10 AS accompanied by the pedigree and ownership slip, will be auctioned online after the end of the competition season, the amount will be distributed 50% owner, 50% pigeon loft after deducting the auction expenses 20% .
Unsold pigeons from the auctions can be bought by the owner for 150 RON/pigeon within 7 days of the auction, otherwise if the owner of the pigeon does not claim it, the pigeon will remain the property of the pigeon loft.
OLR reserves the right to modify the training and competition schedule in case of epidemics, bird flu and unfavorable weather conditions.
The olr car is equipped with a GPS system.

BETWEEN THE STAGES OF THE COMPETITION IF THE WEATHER WILL NOT ALLOW US TO PERFORM THE STAGE, THE COLUMBODROME WILL ALSO CARRY OUT A 30-40 KM TRAINING UNTIL THE NEXT COMPETITION, ONLY AT THE ORGANIZERS’ DECISION.

The organizers assume responsibility for ensuring vaccination of all pigeons, vaccine against paramyxovirosis, and diphtheria.
The training and competitions will be able to be watched in real time on Benzing Live and at the same time the launches and arrivals of the pigeons will be live on the social network FACEBOOK COLUMBODROM AUTOSTRADA SOARELUI.
The organizers assume responsibility for ensuring the best conditions:
– food;
– treatments (including vaccination against adeno-coli and paramyxovirosis.
The ace is considered the pigeon that ranks all 5 stages with the best flight time (overall speed) automatically calculated by the BENZING SYSTEM.
The awards ceremony will take place on the day of the final stage.
DERBY STAGE – GREECE – SERRES 505 KM
The first 40 finalist pigeons and the first 10 A.S. they will be stopped in the olr for the auction.
ALL THE OTHER PIGEONS WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE DERBY.
